Support the task after the interface

The bounded Portal account-guide artifact organises instructions around the customer’s task: log in, register, manage a company profile, manage company users, link UAE Pass or recover access.

It is a support-content artifact in the Portal Unification file. The broader portal research, navigation and product work remains in the Portal case.

Structure guidance around a decision

An effective instruction explains who the task applies to, what is needed, where to begin and how to know the action worked. Account linking and verification variants need clear branches so people do not follow the wrong path.

Task familyGuidance purpose
Individual/business registrationIdentify the correct account type and setup route.
Company profile and usersUnderstand administration and access-management tasks.
UAE Pass linkingConnect the account through the applicable verification path.
Password/reset and recoveryRegain access with clear next steps.
Login and verification variantsChoose the correct path for the account’s state.

Keep content and screens aligned

The original Figma guide contains a task index and illustrated instruction layouts. An editorial review must check wording, current screens, Arabic consistency and edge cases together.

Final publication, distribution, project-specific ownership and a measured reduction in support dependence were not established. The entry therefore presents the guide at its documented design/reference stage.

Test whether the instruction helps

A content test should ask whether someone can choose the right instruction and complete the task with it. Use task success, misunderstanding and avoidable support contact, with a defined cohort and baseline.

These are proposed evaluation questions; no historic effectiveness percentage is invented.

Outcomes and learning

A reusable documented reference. Operational adoption and measured effects require separate execution evidence.

About the evidence

  • Final approved edition and distribution evidence were not established.
