Translate criteria into service evidence

The rating-related initiative connects service/channel requirements to relevant customer-experience and operating evidence. Requirements include connected channels, integration, adoption, proactive services, service-centre insight and feedback.

Participation, readiness, a submitted evidence pack and an awarded rating are different outcomes. This case focuses on the contribution supported by original submission and follow-up records.

Build a criteria-to-evidence view

My April submission links design/process material, Services 360 blueprints, PoD work, portal/mobile evidence and planning. Proactive-service eligibility, digital-adoption structures and consolidated requirements support the readiness pack.

These projects remain their own standalone cases. Here they are evidence references to a programme criterion, not repeated project narratives.

Make gaps and owners visible

Original 23, 24 and 28 April correspondence establishes personal evidence collation, submission and cross-team follow-up. That is a concrete contribution without implying sole authorship of every source document.

The correspondence records missing smart-centre dashboard data, a BA request and smart-hall technology RFI work still in progress. A good readiness matrix preserves those open dependencies rather than turning a proposal into an implemented improvement.

Distinguish readiness from the rating outcome

Operational workbooks record improvement opportunities, adoption structures and proactive maturity classifications. A current/eligible classification is not achieved uplift.

Assessor acceptance, final rating and completed customer-impact outcomes are not established in the reviewed records. The case therefore reports evidence coordination and readiness, without claiming an award.

Outcomes and learning

The case establishes personal participation through evidence submission and readiness coordination. Outstanding criteria and dependencies remain explicit; the final assessment outcome is not asserted.

About the evidence
  • Original own April evidence submission/follow-up messages and rating requirements workbooks.
  • No awarded rating, final score or all-actions-completed claim is made.
